Our Story
For co-founders Chris and Tammy, the mission comes from shared experience. They have lived with the pressure of delinquent property taxes and the fear of losing their own home. That experience gives them a personal understanding of what families in this position face. Alongside co-founder Bob, who brings real estate and financial knowledge, they are working together to establish a compassionate, practical resource for Michigan homeowners.

Chris — Co-Founder
Shares firsthand experience with Tammy of falling behind on property taxes and facing the possibility of losing their home, and brings a commitment to community outreach and awareness.
Bob — Co-Founder
Brings knowledge of real estate and finance, with a focus on homeowner education and practical guidance.
Tammy — Co-Founder
Brings firsthand experience of the stress and uncertainty of delinquent property taxes, alongside leading much of the foundation’s setup, organization, and administrative development.
